ı had a haır transplant as ı had a recıdıng haırlıne ı am very happy wıth the results, the staff were very nıce and helpful,they gave me extra grafts as they could fıt more than they thought on my head ı would reccomend mcan to anyone lookıng for thıs type of procedure, defınatley good value for money. the experience was great i was a bit wary of having surgery outside of the uk but it couldnt have gone any better im really happy with it, the hospital is very clean and modern and they provided me with food and drink when i had a break halfway through the procedure.

Hair Transplant

On the 5th or 6th of September 2017, I had a hair transplant procedure at MCAN, and I’m already seeing some great results now. It was my first time having work done at a clinic like this, but I rather enjoyed the experience. Both the treatment and follow-ups were of the highest quality. We discussed the price in advance and I ended up paying the amount decided on. There were no extra costs. To be honest, the name of the clinic was a bit different when I arrived. I expected the place to have an MCAN sign on it, but it was called American Aesthetics instead. This wasn’t really an issue though - overall it was still good. I didn’t visit them again for aftercare as the follow-ups were conducted via email. They checked in with me after ten 10 days, and then monthly thereafter. I’m happy with the growth so far, but I’ll need to wait another two or three months before I see the full results. I’m hoping for the best.

I got the best treatment from this clinic for Hair Loss and even though I am yet to see the progress as time goes but it was ok. The clinic is nice and the staff is really welcoming and I was pleased to be there.The charge was not ridiculous it was really reasonable. They gave me lotions and treatments to apply but the actual surgery was nothing close to painful.

I was worried about the idea at first, but from the first day, Kerem organised my airport transfer to the Hotel,MCAN team made me feel at home & very relaxed. Nice friendly professional guys.The first part of my beard transplant procedure was to remove 3k grafts from the back of my head. Only pain really was the first few anaesthetic injections in my head, after that I couldn't feel a thing Dr Guven very professional and he seemed to know what he was doing also the team is professional. The bottom line is 100% worth doing everything went smoothly and I am really satisfied.The only thing they should give minimum 2 Spray & 2 Shampoo's for after care. Treated By: Dr. Guven

The people working here are really service minded and very sweet. Something went wrong with the hotel reservation, but I didn't have to worry, cause they took care of it all. The only improvement I hope to see another time is the punctuality. Both days I've waited for one hour to get to the clinic. But all in all, very happy about the procedure and the people working there. Really looking forward to seeing the result!

When I lost my hair I thought old age has started but then I told myself I am still young so I decided to look out for some hair transplant clinics. I came across Mcan and they were on the ball with any questions I asked. They were never too late in answering me and that's what got me interested more, so I decided to go ahead. I got in contact with the clinic and they explained the treatment step by step. The staff were great n very friendly. They knew wat they were doing from airport transfers to hotel and hospital, all was under control. I'm glad I've done my hair transplant and proud of it. The experience was amazing! I didn't expect it to be that quick and easy. It was like everything was there ready for me. I didn't need to do anything, they were well-organised. Thank you to all at Mcan.

Hair Transplant

We agreed on the phone that the balance will include the transfer but, the driver took money because of some miscommunication, However, they fixed it and dropped the price from the total balance and all was good. The hotel was nice though there was live music played at the restaurant on the top floor, and after my complaint they changed my room. Everything was good and overall it is a great hotel, close to all the bar's and restaurants. The treatment was a bit long especially because the WiFi was down at the time and the TV was not working as I was undergoing the procedure. None of the medical team could speak a word of English so it was very difficult for them to answer my concerns or questions during the procedure. Only Halit was here to translate, but then he was only here during the consultation. Apart from that it was a good experience. Istanbul is such a beautiful city that I definitely will bring my family to visit someday. I chose MCAN because I saw them on whatclinic and they had great reviews. They have very good prices even though I found out afterwards from other people at the hotel, that I was charged at least 350 Euros more than them, so please negotiate beforehand. I would recommend MCAN to everyone.

From the beginning the communication was very easy . Everything was arranged and organized perfectly. After we agreed on the price, I came to Istanbul and I was taken care of. Once I arrived to the clinic everything was clearly explained to me though the rooms can be better and needs to be improved but it was alright. I had some concerns in the beginning but all was sorted out. The medical team was really kind and professional. The nurses can be a bit more attentive but they were alright.Maybe because we finished at 10 pm they were a tired. They provided me dinner and it was great. I'm very happy with the treatment and the results looks very promising. The treatment was of a great value and it is highly recommended.I chose MCAN health based on their prices. They had the best prices among all the clinics that I've contacted. Also, they show professionalism which is another reason I went with them.
