I went for my appointment at Verve this morning, full of trepidation. I needn't have bothered. Everyone is so lovely. They all have a different speciality and you see every one of them during your appointment. You're made to feel comfortable and welcome. I came out of there 3 hours later feeling like a film star, but seriously!! I'm utterly incredulous at what they've done for me this morning. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Verve without any hesitation. The best salon I've ever been to. Amazing and that's said with no exaggeration.

From the moment I met Dr. Sahu I felt at ease, I was welcomed into a very professional and smart clinic in a nice location and felt like I was already in good hands. All the time leading up to my appointment I was kept fully informed by Dr. Sahu and had quick responses to all of my questions. It was the same when I arrived, with the procedure discussed, questions answered and advice given. Shortly after I was introduced to the technician Marius who was very friendly and professional. The beard transplant went ahead as planned and it turned out that more grafts were needed than predicted, which meant the procedure lasting several hours longer than anticipated, but the attention to detail shown and meticulous approach was admirable and made me feel that I was getting great, personal service rather than being hurried or rushed. I was provided a bag of various post-op care items and told how to use these. The work ethic shown by Dr. Sahu and Marius was exemplary and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone as they are obviously passionate about what they do, I will definitely go back if and when needed! Now it’s just a waiting game! Smart, clean, modern and professional clinic in a nice location even though I did travel from Nottingham!

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would !!!My consultant was Logan and to say he’s been amazing is a total understatement! I genuinely feel like I’m talking to a friend when talking to him. I shopped around and spoke to a few companies, as soon as I spoke to Logan I knew this was the company for me to go with! I was very impressed with how thorough he went through every fine detail and his knowledge is second to none! Had my transplant around 5 weeks ago and the aftercare support has been fantastic by Logan and Becky! Making sure IM ALRIGHT and healing the best I can. I’m VERY happy with my surgery and can’t recommend this company enough !!! I want to say a MASSIVE thank you to want hair and Logan for everything!

I went here for my gynecomastia treatment. They had good reviews and competitive pricing. The surgery was definitely value for money and there were no hidden costs. I’m so pleased with the results. This treatment has completely changed my life - I have so much more confidence now. This is a nice clinic, with professional staff. Everything was 100% clean when I arrived. The treatment went well and the follow-ups were scheduled for one week, then a month and then three months later. I went the week after to have the stitches removed, but I felt fine and didn’t need to return again. They gave me the surgeon’s assistant’s number so I could just send him a text whenever I had questions or concerns.

Hair system I am really pleased with the service I received from start to completion of my purchase. I was quoted £350.00 and 12 weeks from making the template to receiving my system. The private rooms were well presented. The consultant was so informative and gave me a few options to choose from, explaining how each one would work for me. They then made my template and I went back for it to be fitted within the time given. I have since had ongoing support and they are always at the end of the phone I am very happy with their service.

It was my first visit to the clinic and I immediately felt at ease when I met Shirley. She explained what she was doing each step of the way and I felt the consultation was very thorough and not hurried. I contacted her some weeks after the initial consultation as I had more questions and she replied promptly.I found Shirley to be very knowledgeable and was very happy with the service she provided I would definitely recommend her to others who found themselves in a similar situation.
