I arrived having totally destroyed my hair with attempting to dye at home and then at another hairdresser who made matters worse. The effect was frightening, orange and straw like. Hours of hard work by Holly and I am human again. I left everything to her and never dreamed she could work this miracle. A couple of days ago I decided to go through with cool sculpting on my neck as I can’t stand what I’m looking at in the mirror anymore! To be perfectly honest I was quite nervous about the whole thing leading up to it once I committed to having it done. I could not have asked for more from Charlotte the Aesthetic Practitioner, who was professional & very informative about the whole process. Charlotte was compassionate and reassuring and had no surprises whilst having the treatment. If anyone out there is considering this treatment, you're in good hands here.
