They are on the slightly expensive side but this was to be expected by me as it was the same price that they quoted me when I initially made my booking and considering that they are indeed expert at what they do. I went in for the treatment of minor scars and in the hope's of attaining a monthly facial routine and to learn new skin techniques. The treatment was £50 for each facial with a chemical peel and it includes the works. I am really, really happy with the treatment. Despite them not being established, they are great and are experts at what they do. I was a bit skeptical at first but soon realized that their treatments REALLY DO WORK. You see and feel the difference immediately and start noticing permanent results within a few days. I mean that is an absolutely remarkable turnaround time! I initially chose the Skin Mod Aesthetic Clinic because they are close to me and because being in the beauty industry myself, I basically was not looking for a spa or beauty clinic. I was specifically looking for an aesthetic clinic and Skin Mod was the perfect combination for these basic requirements. After my first visit I walked away thinking that they are good at what they do and that they are extremely knowledgeable. They're invested in their patients interests and needs and are extremely focused. Basically they know what they are about and don't just sell you products out of sponsorship. This is a new salon and is therefore it is a little bare but is definitely bound to fill up. I would most certainly recommend the Skin Mod Aesthetic Clinic! read more

I had some skin tags removed. It was done efficiently by electrolysis after a brief medical history questionnaire. Cant call it painful, just a little uncomfortable. Cost was acceptable and was glad to see the back of the tags. The lady who removed the tags was welcoming and knew what she was doing, all in all, not an unpleasant experience. [Treatment name removed] Voluma I went for a consultation for one brand of dermal filler but was advised to have another brand.Having had 3 operations on my face, one side was starting to age much quicker than the other so it was time to see about doing something about this. Cheek fillers on one side of my face was the answer. The consultation was not rushed, was very in depth and all my questions were answered with honesty and my worries put to rest. I was advised to have a different brand of filler as the results were immediate unlike the one I wanted originally. With my facial history it was agreed that it would be better to see what was happening while it was being done, rather than a few months after.I went back the following week for the treatment. Once again everything was discussed and agreed upon in an unhurried way and I was fully confident I had made the right choice.This was only confirmed after my treatment. I had been worried about having a false, rabbit cheeked look. I only needed one side of my face done and it has been matched up to the other side far better than I had dared hope. The touch of relaxant injectable in the nasal scar tissue has had an amazing effect. The scars have relaxed so much, compounded with both sides of my face looking fuller and even. Had fillers in my upper lip with Christine to equal it out with my bottom lip as it's always been quite thin compared to and no where near as plump as my bottom. I found the price really reasonable of this treatment. I never usually find the time to review anything but Christine wow-d me! The treatment room was really neat and clean. She is really lovely and obviously knows what she's doing when it comes to fillers! I was quite nervous at first as this is the first time i've had any actual alteration to my face. It can be scary hearing story's of fillers going wrong but I knew straight away on meeting Christine I was in good hands! She talks you through everything and answers all your questions in detail. I usually have a huge fear of needles but I found the experience almost relaxing just because of Christine's calm nature, the pain was very minimal very minimal during and after. She would talk through what she was going to do/ where she was going to inject and why before she done it which I found really reassuring. Naturally, my lips swelled from the filler straight away, it wasn't a lot and didn't look ridiculous, I guess the amount of swelling depends on how much filler is put in though? I still went out that evening even my best friend just said i looked really nice but didn't think anything had changed. I was treated on the Friday evening and by Sunday the swelling had gone and i was left with my new lips! Back to work monday where no one mentioned anything but i felt a lot more confident. Dermafiller.Lines around the mouth and cheeks . I wasn't sure about the treatment when I went to the cosmetic skin clinic until I meet Helen Chapman. I was extremely scared but also very unhappy with the way I looked . I am 32 but I lost too much weight because of stress. My face looked dull, gaunt and probably 10 years older . My experience with Helen was amazing she suggested a long term plan. On the same say I had my consultation I had my first filler : cheeks and mouth . I couldn't believe it .. I went back 3 weeks later and she said that the sub q wasn't needed now. The treatment gave me the "lift" and filling to my face I needed . I would recommend.Helen 100%.
