I got a groupon voucher as a gift this summer. It was impossible to get hold of the clinic to make an appointment! I called several times, different days no answer. A rude man answered once and told me it was a 6 weeks waiting list if I had the groupon voucher??? I had to call back as had to check my calendar again and no one answered phone. Left message on answer machine and online. No reply! My friend who lives locally had to pop by in the end to check if they were still open. Rubbish. We finally got an appointment yesterday (October!!!). The place doesn't look great. Looks like they just painted walls after whoever had an office there moved out. Still has a cold office feel. We got a lovely back massage and facial and express mani and pedi. My french mani wasn't the best, but what to expect when they do it while customer is lying on massage bed??? I was actually cold lying on the massage table. The towel covering me was small.. And room not the warmest. The table was heated though, which was lovely. The girls were good as well. It really was the atmosphere at the clinic that wasn't great.Oh also, we were asked to fill out a review form after our treatments where we should rate everything. It was awkward, to be honest, as the girls could read it right away. We felt they got upset, one of the girls didn't say goodbye. It's not right to do it this way. It should be anonymous and we should be putting them in envelopes to their managers. We felt awkward leaving the clinic and also feeling bad for the girls having the pressure of being rated so in their faces. The girls were fine. read more

Laser thread vein removal The price was as quoted. The consultation for my laser thread vein removal was very thorough and included treatment of one vein so I knew the level of discomfort involved. I have now had treatment on both legs and my veins are much less visible than before, and still fading. The price was also much more reasonable than I had thought. read more

I’m very impressed with the fat reduction injections I had at this clinic. They gave me a few under my chin and the results are exactly what I expected. There was a bit of a pain, but the lady applied enough numbing cream that I had a pleasant experience. After each injection, she asked me if I was alright. I felt reassured and comfortable throughout. Everything took under half an hour - real quick, no fuss. The staff were so welcoming - I just knew I’d made the right decision when I arrived there. It was my first time having work like this done, but what a fantastic experience. There was some post-treatment soreness, and I couldn’t apply any make-up in that particular spot for 12 hours after the procedure. Other than this, it was business as usual.
