Went to this clinics Bedford branch yesterday. Easier there if walking and travelling on trains is an issue as parking is right next to the centre's door. Oliver was very nice. As this is new to us we asked a lot of questions and Oliver was very patient with us He explained what the process is and expectations. My husband had arthritis in his hip. As a decorator, he needs to be able to go up and downs ladders and stairs a lot. We have gone down the usual NHS route of pain killers and anti-inflammatory tablets and MSK treatment but it’s not helping. So we have decided to invest and pay privately ( we don’t have any insurance) so fingers crossed this process will work. The injection my husband had yesterday was painless. He was ok to drive back home. He also received an electronic message. We were there for about an hour and Oliver expects another two visits over the next 6-8 weeks should provide the pain relief my husband would be happy with. The thought of hip surgery is not the avenue we want to have to consider so our fingers are certainly crossed - watch this space read more
