Injection Therapy

I was really struggling with knee pain after I had climbed Ben Nevis. It was stopping me from walking to work and to achieve daily tasks. I had a look on the Comfort Health website and saw that they offered a 60 minute treatment that included acupuncture/dry needling as well as a massage. I was very impressed with the professional atmosphere of the clinic, and they made me feel welcome as I walked through the door. I received my treatment from Matt, who assured me acupuncture and a massage would really help. I was very happy with the treatment and after a few sessions, my knee pain has improved significantly. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional/friendly service.

Sports Massage

I had a Sports Massage with Jenny at Comfort Health. She was very thorough with her assessment and provided a brilliant Sports Massage followed by some good tips to keep me injury free. She was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be going back! The clinic itself was lovely! Very warm and welcoming feeling as soon as you walk in. A nice waiting area and a good cup of coffee before we started!

I first went to Comfort Health last year with a back injury. I managed to get an appointment within a week and they started treatment immediately. The pain was reduced drastically just after the first session and it took only 4 sessions for it to completely go! I have been back a few times since and have seen 2 different Physios, Matt and Jenny. Both of them are excellent!! The clinic is great; its light, very relaxing, and the rooms are spacious.The staff have been superb. Both Physio's I have seen have had great ideas about exercises I can do and their treatments are always spot on. The reception staff have also been very helpful and very welcoming!Would highly recommend!
