I had my first consultation with Helen today and I was very impressed with her thoroughness in diagnosing the issue with my shoulder.Even although the first consultation was via the telephone she was able to assess that my problem was with the rotator cuff in my right shoulder, agreeing with an earlier diagnosis by the nurse practitioner at my GP.I was advised that rehabilitation exercises should improve the pain and mobility issues with my shoulder and Helen started me on the first of these and arranged a follow-up face-to-face consultation in two weeks time.

I found my treatment today was great. The physiotherapist gave me their full attention & gave me advice & treatment relevant to me. It was set in a relaxed comfortable environment where you were made to feel welcome & supported.
