My physiotherapist was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - I have already recommended Six Physio to a friend with back problems. I was very impressed and wish that I had contacted them earlier as I can really see the potential for them to help me and have every faith in them. There was a bit of a mix up with my first appointement so they very kindy waived my consultation fee. I was quoted £78 for the 1 hour initial consultation and £64 for follow up 30 minute treatment sessions which I have booked.

Following a fall down a flight of stairs, I had suffered 8 months of pain, discomfort and difficulty in walking. During that time I had an x-ray plus doctor and NHS physiotherapy appointments but saw no improvement so decided to try Portland Physiotherapy Clinic in East Grinstead. At the clinic, I saw Jennifer Baker. Amazingly within just a few minutes, she diagnosed that my patella was tilted out of alignment and so with gentle pressure and manipulation was able to fix the problem there and then! I limped into the clinic that day and walked out normally and have not had a problem since.

I tried acupuncture for a recent back spasm. Vicki Evans was great, checking in with me each time a needle was inserted. Initial reaction to treatment has been positive, back has eased somewhat.

"I cannot express my appreciation now that I no longer have the pain"

After a year of back problems that started to impede me in everyday life and were so bad I was unable to garden any more, I was referred to one of the physios, Mukul Kaushik. He assessed and quickly diagnosed the cause and over the next few weeks different treatments were applied at consultations and I carried out the suggested exercise regimen at home. I cannot express my appreciation now that I no longer have the pain. I can work in my garden again. He has literally given me back the things I'd missed that had lowered my outlook on life. Many many thanks Mukul for your ability skills and caring manner.

"Effective treatment for swollen ankle"

Treatment to counteract stiff/swollen ankle when walking long distances. Ligaments were relaxed and swelling reduced with ultrasound. Yes I would recommend this clinic to a friend. The treatment was effective and the advice regarding exercises proved useful. The clinic was local and on the insurance company approved listing. Pleasant relaxing waiting room. The physiotherapist was very friendly and informative. I would definitely go back there if I needed other treatment.

"The staff are absolutely fantastic"

I had a car accident in October this year, I was referred to them. The staff are absolutely fantastic and my physiotherapy is done by Luke, who is absolutely amazing. I was aching all over, I have had a few sessions with Luke and I feel absolutely great, back on the road to recovery. Thank you guys you do such a wonderful job.
