I first attended the clinic in September 2019 with plantar fasciitis which I had for over 12 months. My physiotherapist was Conor Tierney. I had 6 treatments and was given exercises to do at home. After the 6 treatments/exercises, I can honestly say I now walk pain-free. I still do the exercises on occasion. What helped me with this was the videos that Conor took of me doing the exercises correctly. He sent them to my phone so I had absolutely no excuses not to do them and I could look back to make sure I was doing them correctly. I then attended Conor again in July 2020. I had a problem with my knee. After the first consultation, we discussed my options and plans. I selected the 7 sessions plan. It was very economical. Again Conor sorted me out with exercises and treatments. I would highly recommend Conor at Stepaside Physiotherapy.

Got nice treatment for my cervical pain at physiocare by Dr Ravi Ji. All latest instruments available at physiocare, so from my experience I would like to suggest my friends and circle to join physiocare if suffer from any joint pain. Clinic and physiotherapy treatment was very nice provide by physiocare's doctors. I am fully satisfied with the way physiocare's staff provide personally care and ask day by day progress about reduced pain.

The physiotherapist Franklin was able to diagnose and explain clearly the cause of my knee pain. He administered electric shock wave treatment and deep tissue massage. He gave valuable advice about stretches and was encouraging and positive which helped allecviate my fears. My condition improved by the next day! Professional

Sciatica pain because of a cyst in L4 and L5 region of my spine. Bangkok Hospital recommended ongoing physiotherapy for pain relief. Everybody at the clinic spoke English which was very helpful. The clinic is quite large, airy, comfortable with lots of natural light. Mr. Kitisak performed the physical manipulation and the rest of his team were responsible for the other aspects of my treatment: Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation, and Traction. At all times the staff were friendly and very respectful and took great care during my treatment. Each session was more than an hour long: I had 5 sessions in total. If I need physiotherapy on my next trip to Phuket I will not hesitate in returning to this clinic.There are parking spaces outside the clinic which is very convenient-especially when in pain and looking to walk the shortest distance possible. I would recommend this clinic to anybody in Phuket needing physiotherapy. Thanks to Mr. Kitisak and his team.
