"Had some tightness around my shoulder"

I had some real muscular tightness and discomfort around my shoulder after some on-going shoulder problems and a cortisone injection a few months ago. I visited Patrick at the Wolverhampton clinic and he got to work on my neck and back area straight away with a deep tissue massage. He knew exactly where to release the pressure and worked the areas of discomfort whilst we chatted. Really professional and some instant relief + self help exercises to do between sessions. Booked in to see him again straight away! Definitely recommend! This clinic was a convenient location for me to get to over lunch. Friendly receptionist and clean and tidy premises. Easy to get to and onsite parking as well which meant no hassle parking the car. Whole experience just made easy!

5th session on 30 December, able to walk well without a walking stick. First 3 sessions I went with a stick which started with a swollen ankle/arch joint and hip pain on both sides trying to manage with a stick, rather imbalanced movement. Natasha worked on my inflamed lumbar area and taught me exercises to strengthen my weak outer calf muscles as well as my buttock muscles to help me to carry myself in a more balanced way. Will complete my package of 10, and likely to sign up for 1 more to ensure all my imbalanced muscles are going to be retrained.

I attended for baking treatment. This was a recurring problem and can very painful and restrictive. Chiu Yen is to put it simply, Amazing. She needles key points, other therapists, either don’t know or think about. Her knowledge is deep. She is gentle to the touch, extremely personable and cares a lot about her patients. I rescheduled my flight home just so I could see her a second time. My body thanked me. My mind thanked me and my soul was ecstatic. My only regret, I could not take her with me.

I attended Ciaran for help with an abdominal diastasis after pregnancy. He is an expert in what he does, so kind and encouraging. The baby was always welcome and he was the perfect professional when it came to breast-feeding interruptions! Excellent! Highly recommended.

Brilliant service. The physios were very knowledgeable and they have all the latest technology as well as hands-on treatment. I have an SCI and was able to use exoskeleton and FES bikes. Friendly, helpful and seem to genuinely love what they do and want to help you.

I have been working with Marina after my left knee gave way suddenly about 6 months ago. She has been terrific. I got a clear diagnostic assessment and a focused treatment plan that has been refined as I improved. I was really impressed that the treatment was clearly focused on what I was trying to achieve. It has paid off - am now back to dancing classes and long hill walks. Highly recommended.
