After attending Casualty department and awaiting further appointments to ascertain the exact problem with my knee, I decided to see this Physiotherapist for a quicker diagnosis and relief from pain and discomfort. He advised that the problem was related to my hamstring and gave me exercises that will enable me to literally get back on my feet quicker, and back to walking group activities. Pleased with the service I received.

I visited the clinic due to a bad neck from a car accident. I found Mr Alauddin to be a very professional and friendly person. He treated my neck with the utmost care and gave me exercises to do between weekly sessions that helped immensely. I've now finished my sessions with him and am feeling a whole lot better. If I ever need any physio in the future he would be my first choice.

Fabulous I had the dry needling done and it was fab. Darval is very professional and very helpful. Just lovely I would have not bother recommending her to anyone, it's well worth a visit. Thank you so much Darval it was a fab experience wishing you a wonderful day. Fabulous it's only in the road from me so all in all I couldn't have asked for more.

I have recently completed a course of treatment for a long-standing calf problem. I am 64 years old and having experienced the problem so often over many years, I was on the verge of giving up running altogether. From the outset, Ford Miller at PhysioKinetic was very reassuring that he could help and quickly established how the complex injury history of my left leg was impacting the calf problem. His diagnosis and subsequent rehab programme quickly improved the injury and renewed my confidence that I could continue to run if I wished to. I would have no hesitation in seeing Ford again because of his understanding of the problem and the empathy he showed to me as an older client. Many Thanks.

Physiotherapist was polite, friendly, considerate and knowledgeable.I have returned for massage to help with a long term injury and my experience was once again first class. I would highly recommend. Clean, pleasant environment with friendly polite staff.Really have helped me not only with my knee injury, I was so pleased with the results that I returned to see if anything could be done for my long term hamstring problems. I am glad I did!!

Treatment was first class & extremely friendly & professional. I will return in the future should I need to. I paid £40 for 30 minutes, which I considered reasonable especially as the treatment helped me enormously.

I can say PAL Physiotherapy Clinic is one of the best physiotherapy clinic in Gurgaon. Consulted Dr Rajesh Pal for a stiff neck. It has all the latest equipment, a great ambiance very helpful therapist. Almost centrally located and has ample parking space. Dr Pal and his team is providing great physiotherapy service at very reasonable price.
