I had been suffering from Knee ligament pain for many months and Elizabeth quickly identified the problem and affected a cure with massage and other treatments, an exercise regime has kept the problem away.I wish I had made an appointment much earlier, excellent value for money and very highly recommended. Elizabeth was recommended to me and without hesitation I would also recommend her services. Fantastic.

I originally went to Rory's clinic because of a pain in my heel following the wearing of an orthopaedic boot due to a fractured ankle. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me exercises to stretch the Achilles tendon. Within a couple of days the pain had subsided. I have also had treatment for an ongoing sciatic nerve problem and neck pain. The treatment has helped a lot and I will continue using him whenever necessary. He is very professional, efficient and has a pleasant manner making you feel at ease. I consider the cost of the treatment to be good value. This clinic is at my local gym which very convenient for me and Rory had been recommended to me.

I've been seeing the physiotherapist, Dan, for the last few weeks. He gave me treatment and exercises to do at home for my legs, arms and back. None of these were exhausting or difficult, but highly effective. You can do them at your own pace to fit in with your lifestyle, which is ideal when you're getting older.I'm finding daily duties in the home and garden much easier. The programme has increased my over all strength and stamina and proves it isn't always inevitable to give in to getting older. It's greatly reduced incidences of back pain which can be so debilitating, by strengthening those muscles and has succeeded where other therapies have not. It's a real game changer.Of course, he's very professional and pleasant and the surroundings are bright and clean.

Physiotherapist Jaap Wonders at The Moving Body River Valley is as good as his family name. I suffered a sprain to my lower back when awkwardly carrying bulky items; Jaap fixed my severe back pain over 6 sessions. He also worked on my posture and taught me various exercises as part of a simply daily routine upon waking up. I went back to Jaap for another package of sessions for good measure and haven't had any problems since. Staff at The Moving Body are friendly and professional, making it very easy to book appointments to accommodate my business travel regime. The location of the River Valley studio has easy access to public parking. Actual treatment and after-care exercises are simple and effective, ensuring I remain committed to a daily routine that caters to my long-term physical well-being.

Booking an appointment was really easy and I did not have to wait too long. Very clean very nice environment. Andrew is a lovely bloke and very knowledgeable, he takes the time to find the problem and talks you through what your issues is and what steps are needed to repair it. Prices are really good comparable to others in the area.Would highly recommend it.
