I had breast augmentation done. The main goal was to get back to the size I was prior to having children. I wanted them to be very natural looking. I would recommend this surgery to anyone. The pain afterwards was very minimal. I am 3 weeks post op now, and there is no "pain", but the area is hyper-sensitive to touch at this point. This will improve over time. I didn't have any bruising, and my incisions are not noticeable at all. I would do it over again! I chose this clinic due to recommendation from a friend who used Dr Assad as well. I was very nervous, and he put me at ease right away. He is very knowledgeable, and will answer as many questions as you have. His patient care coordinator Andrea is amazing! She was always so quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, even after hours. She was also very flexible in booking my appointments around my schedule. read more

I have struggled with weight my entire life. I had decided after a horrible situation that I had to do something about my weight. After two years of seeing specialists, I would have gastric bypass surgery. I had it done in Toronto because they did not offer it here in Ottawa at the time. Surgery went well and I am literally half the size I was. I was very proud of what I had accomplished but I was not aware of the difficulties that occurred when someone looses that much weight. I suffered with extremely bad yeast infections and abseses from the excess hanging skin. The smell and bleeding were too much for me and I fell into a depression for a bit. I went to the Ottawa Clinic after my family doctor suggested I speak to a surgeon to see if something could be done. I met with Dr. Chitti in September if 2016 and he suggested I have something like a tummy tuck but without doing the muscles and some lipo in my hips.Dr. Chitti made me feel at ease with my decision. His entire staff has been so professional and take the time to hear your concerns without making you feel rushed or silly for a question. January 06,2017 I had the surgery and was off work for 3.5 weeks. The surgery went very well and I felt so confident with Dr. Chitti taking care of me. The staff at Queensway Hospital were also phenomenal. The scar is healing very well and I could not ask for anything better. I no longer have a large amount of skin hanging and there is no more smell of infection around me. I will recommend The Ottawa Clinic and Dr. Chitti to anyone who is looking for a plastic surgeon. Knee and inter thighs, before I could not look at them. I am really happy. I did not think he could possibly make them turn out with what I had to work with. I was in a car accident and really didn't walk for a long time. The knees were ugly my inter thigh was loose and fat. He fixed my legs. There are not to many doctors that can do that. I am happy I can live with nice legs, and the inter thy bothered me when I walked. It's gone, thank u Dr. Hong Private. Special care. You are treated special. And if you call they get right back to you, I don't like hospitals so this was special rather than treated like a number. I was not nervous at all I felt special and I still do. read more

He did my revision Rhino-Septoplasty and was absolutely amazing!!! His work was absolutely perfect. He was very attentive and knew everything that I hated about my nose prior to the surgery. I had multiple sports injuries and botched up Septoplasty, and he made my nose even better than I could have imagined visually and breathing-wise. Prior to him I went for a lot of consultations and barely any doctor would do the surgery because it was a revision, but he took the challenge with no problem. And I’m very glad he did. I was originally contemplating to have surgery in a different country but after a brief consultation at Dr. Jugenburg’s office, I did not want to go anywhere else. From the minute I stepped foot into the office, I received amazing service from each individual who worked there. As I was a little nervous about having surgery, Nurse Kim went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and assured me that I can come for the sizing anytime. They were also incredibly flexible with my schedule as I wanted to have my surgery as soon as possible and they were so accommodating in finding me a spot right away. Don't waste your time at this place. They have no consideration for their clients' time and appointment times seem meaningless at this place. They will also double book, change your aesthetician the day before, etc. My aesthetician had me waiting for 45+ minutes at the reception area. There was poor communication about the delay and no mitigation for their obvious scheduling mistake from their part. read more
