Rhinoplasty

Open revision rhinoplasty with bulbous tip reduction. Of all of the clinics contacted in the Lisbon area, Júlio Matias was not only the first to reply but also the only one to reply.From the initial contact with Sandra, Júlio’s coordinator things couldn’t have been smoother.An appointment was scheduled for a consultation approximately 10 days in advance at a clinic in Lisbon. Upon arrival at the clinic, the registration process took only seconds. They were aware of my appointment well in advance and had all the necessary documents ready to sign. The consultation with Júlio was simple and straightforward. He made sure my expectations were more than realistic, explained exactly what was and what was not possible.Having met with multiple surgeons in different countries I knew immediately that this was the guy I wanted to carry out the procedure. I scheduled the appointment that day.In the time between consultation and surgery, any nerves or buyers remorse was immediately handled by Sandra on telephone or SMS to put me at ease. She went above and beyond the call of duty. ( I assure you whatever questions you have she has heard hundreds of times before) and for that, I will be eternally grateful.I am now one-week post surgery. Today I had the sutures removed and have another follow up in three weeks or so.Not much more to say other than I would absolutely recommend the services of Júlio Matias. A true professional and gentleman.5 stars.

Treatment for Wrinkles

I went in for a Treatment for Wrinkles facial treatment 2 months ago, having never done this before. Dr Matias explained the overall context, the procedure, the materials used in a very thorough and professional way. He answered all my questions before, during and after the procedure. I felt well advised, safe and cared for at all times. My husband is a doctor himself and has been equally impressed. The Treatment for Wrinkles used was opened just for me and stored in case I needed a touch up. The overall clinic impression and personnel was at the highest standard. Everyone was friendly, extremely professional and discreet.I am very happy with the result, a major change without looking unnatural. I highly recommend Dr Matias and will certainly return when I need another treatment.

Eyelid Surgery

We made an appointment with Doctor Julio for our eyes surgery from New York Since our appointment was online base on Public Reviews we were a bit doubtful if we are in right place.But as soon as we entered in the front Reception the young beautiful receptionists greeted us with exceptional friendly. We just felt relaxed and confident.Then Doctor Julio appeared with smile looking so professional we felt more confident and comfortable.Our Surgery was done successfully except Daisy had very painful during surgery we thought the local anesthesia helps numb totally but somehow it didn’t much.Today is 6th day since our surgery.our eyes looking better as expected.The whole place including the surgery rooms front desk are super clean. The whole Teams are exceptionally friendly.We recommend this place for any cosmetic surgery.

Plastic Surgeon Consultation

I had eyelid surgery performed by Dr. Matias. This procedure is done under local anaesthetic and I was quite nervous prior to going in. Dr. Matias is incredibly competent and professional whilst having a wonderful manner of putting you at ease. You are treated as an individual and I truly feel he cares for his patients and understands what they are going through. On the day of the procedure, I was quite anxious but felt very reassured by his kind words and his competence and the extra touch of putting on my favourite music to concentrate on.The first few days of recovery are uncomfortable but manageable and any queries or concerns are quickly responded to. I was very impressed by the whole process from the first consult to final follow up, especially the very kind and helpful Sandra, Dr Matias' assistant.I would certainly highly recommend this clinic and Dr Matias.

Breast Reduction

After much research, I chose Dr. Matias to carry out my breast reduction in Lisbon. I have to say I was apprehensive at first, however, Dr. Matias put my mind at ease and assured me he would do a good job! He was true to his word. After contacting different clinics I found clinica Juno. My initial email was answered almost immediately answering my questions fully and politely.. The email conversations that followed insured me I had found the right clinic for me. All my concerns was immediately resolved. Thank you.When I arrived at the clinic I was so impressed with the personal service I experienced, I was greated warmly and made to feel Very welcome. The lady on reception had amazing customer service this is very rare to find these days..I was greeted by the Doctor who immediately made me feel comfortable about what I thought to be an embarrassing procedure.. The Doctor treated me like a friend in a professional way. I absolutely knew I was in the best hands.. after my consultation I was taken into a surgical room where there was 2 other staff members, I'm sorry but I don't remember their names..but wow they treated me with total respect and dignity. They really put my every need first.The procedure started, I felt no pain, no uncomfortable feelings.. The procedure was over. I had done my research into different clinic's and the cost of the treatment and clinica Juno was without doubt the clinic that treated me with respect and amazing customer service. From the minute I walked into his office for our first meeting I knew that I had found my right doctor to do my surgery. Mr Matias and his staff were so professional and friendly all the way through.
