Breast Lift

Mastopex with implants I had breast uplift with implants at sthetix with Mr. Alvi and I can't fault my experience in any way. From initial consultation to op to aftercare it was all brilliant. And the results exceeded all my expectations. Mr Alvi is the nicest genuine person I've met and I had many consultations in Liverpool. Straight away I knew he was the man for the job. He's so honest and open and funny at the same time.

Facelift, Dermal Fillers

For years I was unable to look in the mirror, my wrinkles were so deep I hated myself. It didn’t help that my partner had aged well and was always receiving compliments. I underwent a facelift followed by fillers. The results are subtle but youthful. Now I’m the one receiving compliments. I can recommend this procedure at this clinic without hesitation. Definitely good value. I chose Mr Alvi at Sthetix Liverpool only after many months of detailed research. I looked for good reviews, of course, but also investigated surgeons’ professional experience such as research and teaching. Mr Alvi ticked every box. He and the Sthetix team are professional yet friendly and warm. I was particularly impressed with the time Mr Alvi took to explain the structure of my face, why I had aged and the various options for improving my appearance. The outcomes, risks and costs were described in detail. I would recommend Mr Alvi and his team without hesitation. I travelled from Scotland to Liverpool for my procedure and check ups, and would have walked every step of the way if necessary. Absolutely first class treatment.

Liposuction

I found the whole experience exceptionally professional.I went for a lipo consultation with Dr. Hassaan, which, very unusually, was free of charge. After a full examination of my areas of concern, he advised me not to have any done and explained fully why not. I found him informative, reassuring and very professional and would have no hesitation in recommending him. Warmly welcomed into very nice surroundings with everything fully explained to me.

Breast Implants

I found Mr Alvi & his team at Stethix completely by accident while researching Allergan implants on line & I am so glad I did. After discovering I had a ruptured pip implant from surgery at another clinic & 2 upsetting consultations I contacted the clinic after being on their web page and reading reviews. From that first initial phone call with Michael I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders, Michael completely put my mind at rest & answered all my questions he was just so friendly & professional. I was so nervous at my consultation on 5th May but there was no need to be Michael & Jess looked after me so well. Mr Alvi what can I say what a lovely genuine human being he is, he listened intently to what I had to say, he told me everything I needed to know & answered all my questions, he was completely honest and I respected that at no point did I feel pressured into surgery. I left there feeling much happier than I had in months. Needless to say I booked my op for 4 weeks later & I woke up with fantastic new boobs the pain was minimal. It's the little things that mean so much & the email the day before my op to wish me luck and the phone call from Michael when I got home from hospital was just lovely. It's now 8 weeks later & I have been to see Mr Alvi for my pre op & everything is healing nicely the scars are minimal & I am just so happy. I know that everyone at the clinic is only a phone call away should I need anything & that I would recommend Mr Alvi & the whole team at Sthetix in a heartbeat you really couldn't be in safer hands.

Breast Reduction, Laser Lipolysis, Liposuction, Dermal Fillers, Treatment for Wrinkles

WARM, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL CLINIC After having checked out various clinics, I came across Sthetix in Knight Street in Liverpool and here had a consultation with Dr Alvi. Right from my first meeting I found Dr Alvi to be extremely knowledgeable in everything that he does. His technology is top of the line. After spending some time with him he filled me with the confidence which I needed to go ahead with my procedure which was a breast reduction. I liked the fact that he was always truthful in the things he tells you and always gives good advice. After years of struggling to find clothes to fit properly and having permanent back ache and sore shoulders I decided to go ahead with my breast reduction, I was so delighted with the results that I decided to venture on and have some liposuction. I had Laser Liposuction on the tummy and was once again delighted with the results which have now given me the flat tummy which disappeared after having babies. This was done at the clinic so I didn't need to have an overnight stay in hospital. I have now gone even further and had some liposuction on my legs and can now wear the boots that have evaded me for so long. Some filler and some treatment for lines and wrinkles to finish off and I feel a new woman completely. I must say that all the staff at Sthetix, from the surgeons, the clinic staff, nurses and everybody I met are all very personable and extremely pleasant and helpful, making you feel comfortable at all times. Dr Alvi is most certainly the doctor I would recommend, he is gentle, kind, easy to talk to and most definitely the person to see for treatments. What else can I say? The treatments are excellent. The clinic is excellent. The staff are excellent. And the doctor, ----well he too is excellent.

Breast Implants

I have wanted a breast enlargement since I have been in school. This was due to teasing and bullying about the small size of my breasts. I had my consultation with Mr Alvin about 3 months before I was 18 and yet he treated me exactly how I would have wanted. He took his time with me and made sure I understood every aspect of the surgery. At no time did he persuade me to choose him or book in for anything further. He literally gave me the information and listened to everything I had to say. I had surgery 4 days ago and Dr. Alvi was so helpful and supportive. I could not have wanted or expected anything more from my surgery. Beforehand, he introduced the full team to me (all of whom were extremely helpful and kind) and he even offered to put me to sleep with gas as I was scared of needles!) It was this attention to detail that made him and his team stand out. He is such a lovely genuine guy and just wants the best for all of his patients. He was there every step of the way and the results, thus far, are more than I could have hoped for! I have had follow up calls to check on how I am doing and I would 100% recommend Dr. Alvi for anything. This is the kind of surgeon every woman would dream of. I had explored bigger companies such as transform and the hospital group. Transform was completely unprofessional and the hospital group was 'snotty' and unhelpful due to my age. They didn't give me the time of day as I was not yet 18. Sthetix, however, welcomed me as if I was any other patient but made me aware that the age was 18. They respected that I was doing my research early and not ringing round once I had turned 18.

Tummy Tuck, Arm Lift

Tummy Tuck & Mini Arm Lift I had a full Tummy Tuck without lipo & also had a mini arm lift with lipo in August 2012. I cannot fault any part of my treatment from the day I first made enquiries with the clinic to the present day. The staff at the clinic are professional & attentive & are on hand at any time of the night or day to answer any queries or worries you may have.For anyone contemplating having cosmetic surgery I would strongly recommend Sthetix Clinic in Liverpool. Michael who arranged my surgery made sure I had all the information I needed to make sure everything went without a hitch. Nothing was too much trouble. Dr Khan, the surgeon who did the surgery, was absolutely brilliant. He answered any queries I had & was realistic about the results. I have recommended him to all my friends & family should they consider having surgery in the future. I am now 5 weeks post op. I have been back at work for 2 weeks & am feeling brilliant. I am still seeing Dr Khan at his request as he wants to make sure all is well before I am discharged.For anyone considering surgery make sure it is what you want, that you are realistic about results & that you explain exactly what you hope the surgery can do for you. I have been considering surgery for about 7 years & was originally going to go abroad this was soley based on price although I had done a lot of reasearch too. But in the end I decided to have the surgery in this country, this was more costly but the extra I paid was well worth it for the peace of mind. You cannot put a price on this. I would urge anyone to rethink if they are considering surgery abroad. Last but not least a big thank you to the nurses at the Sefton Clinic who looked after me following my surgery.
