I have long known that the one elective surgery I would undertake was blepharoplasty, due to drooping lids at a young age.I chose to have a consultation with David after undertaking research.  There was no question of me going abroad to have any procedure done.  It may be cheaper,  but the potential for something to go wrong, the language barrier and aftercare needs meant staying in the UK was paramount.I went to David with thoughts of upper and lower blepharoplasty (dark circles under eyes).  David was very friendly,  easy to talk to, explaining about every element of the procedures, taking measurements,  doing drawings, really listening to me and understanding my reasons for wanting the op.  Crucially he explained why I was not a suitable candidate for lowers and why alternatives (e.g. fillers) would also not work for me.Being very risk-averse I went away from the first consultation armed with lots of information supplied by David and decided not to go ahead.  After 18 further months of deliberation and research, I decided to go ahead and booked a further consultation.Shortly afterwards I undertook the procedure at the Westbourne Centre in Birmingham.   From start to finish of the whole process I cannot fault all of the staff I encountered.  All so very polite, friendly and caring, putting me at ease.Throughout the procedure, David was his usual calm, reassuring,  friendly and humorous self.   I had approximately 13mm taken from each upper.   I have a medium tolerance to pain and can honestly say the most painful part was administering a local anaesthetic to the inner corners of the area nearest my eyebrows (and even that wasn’t so bad).  During the operation, I experienced no pain,  just a sensation that something was happening around the area.  I concentrated on staying calm and listening to David's eclectic operating music list and chatting to him and the theatre staff.Post-surgery I was very well briefed on what to expect and instructions to follow (which I did to the letter).  The rest of the day after surgery was uncomfortable but after that,  no problems.  It actually looked worse than it felt.I am now 5 months post-op and the results of the work are nothing short of amazing.   I no longer look tired and angry,  I wear only the lightest of eye makeup to achieve the look that I couldn’t achieve before and it has bolstered my self-esteem no end.  Thank you so much, David, I would (and have) recommended you to several people for a job well done.  My only wish is that I’d done it sooner! read more

Ken 68 from Wakefield Rinophyma laser treatment. 22/2/21. I saw Mr watt he explained the procedure and answered any questions l had in detail. On the day I was a bit nervous and apprehensive of the procedure I was assured and felt calmed by Mr watt and his assistant. A few little scratches didn't hurt, no feelings at all. We talked through the procedure I wouldn't hesitate to go through it again. For the first week a little uncomfortable second-week new skin coming through ongoing aftercare. My breast implants were done really well and the quality was really good. I am pleased with the overall results. They charged me the exact amount that I was quoted prior to the booking and so I had no nasty surprises. I have also returned to the clinic for after care treatments and am still happy with the treatment(s) as well as the service levels. I chose this Clinic - London because I was recommended there by my friends. A lot of them had been there and referred me to them. Then when looking the clinic up online, I noticed that they had really great reviews and had a good reputation. They were lovely and extremely welcoming. read more

Mr Ahmad is extremely approachable and reassuring. Excellent manner and I am quite happy with my results, I may have further tweaks which Mr Ahmad has been very comprehensive in discussing and considering with me. A friend had previously recommended him and was delighted with her surgical results. His professional profile and experience are impressive and I would recommend others. The clinic secretary, despite being efficient is quite sharp and unfriendly which ruins the feel of the clinic somewhat. Her email communications can be quite curt as are her phone exchanges. I’m sure the cosmetic clientele can be demanding but nonetheless, her attitude is less than desirable. The secretary is the most patient-facing aspect of a clinic in a way which means I have marked this clinic down. I would have fed this back directly to Mr Ahmad but she is the gateway to communications with him and I imagine wouldn’t have passed this on about herself.4 given instead of 5 as the secretary’s manner diminished the whole experience. The name kept as anonymous as I plan on future procedures with Mr Ahmad as he is such a good surgeon read more

North West was cheaper than all the other clinics I’d consulted, so I made a blepharoplasty appointment here. The results are perhaps not as good as I thought they’d be. I’m happy enough with the upper eyelid, but not the lower. They said I could come back in three months and that they’d redo it if I still wasn’t satisfied. I think the aftercare could have been a bit better. They could also have outlined certain aspects of the procedure in more detail when we had the consultation (it seemed a bit rushed). If the treatment turns out as expected, I’ll be very happy. I’ll have to wait first to see the final results. read more

Went for for 3 micro facials . There was no difference . Found this place to be unprofessional and wouldn't go here again. read more
