I have had a series of reiki sessions at Aria, to help me manage ME symptoms. Emer had been recommended to me by a friend. I have found her very kind, professional, competent and knowledgeable. The clinic is in a great location, spacious and bright.

I went to see Jennifer over five years ago now, and she really helped me change my life. I saw her for 1-2 years. Even now years later, I still remember the advice she gave me. That’s the mark of a great therapist, their help lives on long after the sessions end. She helped me grow as a young women, helped me manage the final years of my PhD, and helped me think for myself amidst all my childhood trauma recovery. She was a great person as well, and every session felt so welcoming and bright. I still remember how light I felt leaving the session. I can’t thank her enough, if you are looking for a therapist in Dublin, please go to Jennifer. I moved to England since, and tried a few therapists, none could ever reach her standard!!

I struggle (extremely bad lately) with anxiety, when it gets out of hand I can't control my feelings and I get very depressed. Which is not in my nature at all! I thought this was my main and only problem that I was having. I was suffering at work, at home, being a single mother and I lost all confidence. I finally came to see Ann after been advised to do so. I have only had one appointment so far but I cannot wait to go back for another chat. Speaking to Ann was so easy I said so many things I knew I was feeling but I've never said it out loud. Once she asked the right questions that made me ramble on about these feelings, it's was unreal! Speaking to Ann made me realize how important it is to talk about your problems and how it has made me feel much calmer to face my issues. Amazing, I woke up the following morning feeling empowered! Can't wait for my next session.

councelling I don't know yet. So far I only had two sessions and have used those to tell my therapist about my past. Price is very fair and is discussed at the start to suit your financial abilities.

Olivia is the best-skilled practitioner I have come across for counselling over the years. I came to her when I had a crisis in my life but I also had other issues that needed attention and help. Olivia was boundaries and calm and was very empathetic and understanding. I really cannot recommend her enough and I always felt so relieved and revitalised when leaving a session. I really do mean she is worth investing in.

Diamante my therapist was very pleasant, but at the same time asked me difficult questions.She probed deep into my past, and got me to express feelings that I hadn’t done with anyone before.Overall every session with her was good for me The only drawback for me is that I live over 100 miles from the clinic and I can only get an appointment on Saturday. A midweek appointment would be much easier for me.

Anxiety I eventually plucked up the courage to attend because of the free initial telephone consultation. Now after six sessions I am up and going out for the first time in two and a half years. Talking to Sean has given me inner confidence which I never knew was there.
