Renata put me at ease straight away. She is kind, warm and very empathetic. She’s also very insightful and gave me really valuable tools to help manage my anxiety and to be my most authentic self. I would highly recommend Renata as as therapist.

I suffer from Depression and a lack of confidence. I have attended 12 sessions with true horizon so far. The clinic is a very relaxing environment. Lisa has really made me feel like I am really being listened to in a non judgemental way. I can't recommend Lisa highly enough. I tried a number of counselors in the past but never felt I was making progress. With Lisa I was able to open up and explore my issues, thanks to her I am starting to feel like I am getting my life back on track!

I find Laura very easy to talk to and open up to. She's a great listener and not a bit judgmental. It wasn't an easy thing to admit to myself that I needed help, but I wish I had done it ages ago. She's very understanding and worked with me to help me through my dark time. I've since come through it but continue seeing Laura, as it's great to know that she is there. The clinic is in an ideal location for me and easily accessible. Great location, as I am also based close to the city center. Relaxing atmosphere.

A very nerve wrecking thing to do for anyone but from the start I felt totally at ease with John. He has a very calm and friendly demeanor that instantly settles you where you feel at ease and trust in opening up to him. I would well recommend seeing John to anyone of my friends. With time and conversation, I have discovered things about myself that I or any of my close friends could never of told me. After my sessions and after the whole course of sessions, I definitely feel a sense of peace and have answers to my questions on what I need to work on. I would advise you to see John, you will not regret it. Money well spent..

Evelyn is very kind and makes you feel at ease very quickly. We agreed what the approach to counseling would be from the first session and I like the practical aspect of Cognitive Behaivoural Therapy. The cost is reasonable

"I am very grateful to Ian for his help"

self help The counselling sessions with Ian have really turned my life around. I had previously had counselling but did not feel that I benefited from it as I did not feel comfortable with the sessions. I felt I did not learn anything which would help me with problem areas in my life. The difference with Ian is that he really made me feel at ease and not only listened but taught me useful techniques to apply to every day situations. Furthermore he taught me to be a calmer person by teaching me to meditate on a daily basis. Six months ago, I was very depressed but I can honestly say that this is no longer the case. I am very grateful to Ian for his help! Thank You.
