"Made me feel like I am really being listened to"

I suffer from Depression and a lack of confidence. I have attended 12 sessions with true horizon so far. The clinic is a very relaxing environment. Lisa has really made me feel like I am really being listened to in a non judgemental way. I can't recommend Lisa highly enough. I tried a number of counselors in the past but never felt I was making progress. With Lisa I was able to open up and explore my issues, thanks to her I am starting to feel like I am getting my life back on track!

"I am very grateful to Ian for his help"

self help The counselling sessions with Ian have really turned my life around. I had previously had counselling but did not feel that I benefited from it as I did not feel comfortable with the sessions. I felt I did not learn anything which would help me with problem areas in my life. The difference with Ian is that he really made me feel at ease and not only listened but taught me useful techniques to apply to every day situations. Furthermore he taught me to be a calmer person by teaching me to meditate on a daily basis. Six months ago, I was very depressed but I can honestly say that this is no longer the case. I am very grateful to Ian for his help! Thank You.

"He taught me to flourish as a human being"

John transformed my life. I worked with John over a long period of time. When I met John, I was lost, trapped in a very unhappy, toxic and abusive relationship with no self-esteem. John has a very targeted approach to supporting you to heal and transform your life. He helped me put things in place so I could learn to live my life free from addiction and trauma. At the time, I was in a very bad situation and was overcome with addiction. Not only did he help me put the pieces of my life back together and teach me how to put one foot in front of the other. He taught me to flourish as a human being; he taught me my worth. Today I am 8 years clean and sober, and I work as a college teacher, which I absolutely love. I no longer look for approval from others or get myself into situations I shouldn't. John gave me my life back, and I will be forever grateful. "It is really making a difference in my life"

I am seeing Mary weekly and have had 4 session so far. I was a bit anxious as I have not had counselling before. It was a pleasant surprise, she is very down to earth and understanding. I should have done this years ago. It is really making a difference in my life. I would highly recommend this counselor and her service.

I attended Healing Minds for a number of months last year. I was going through a very dark time and felt isolated and alone. I was met in a very warm and welcoming way with no judgement. I found it very safe to share and explore due to Brendan's gentle and empathic approach. I would highly recommend his practice as it helped me through the darker stages of my life.I highly recommend Brendan and his way of working with vulnerable people. Fantastic, warm and friendly attitude and made me feel very relaxed. Easy to talk to and an impressive way of approaching complex issues.
