Living in Canada, I've been a returning patient to Dr. Miller (YearSmile clinic) for several years now, and I can't praise their services enough. From implants to crowns and a root canal, every experience has been exceptional.Firstly, the service is top-notch. The staff are not only skilled professionals but also incredibly friendly and attentive, and speak perfect English. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Their new office YearSmile is state-of-the-art, equipped with the latest technology, and very clean. One thing that stands out is their commitment to convenience. They offer a personal concierge assigned to every patient for smooth communication, and free transfers to and from the hotel, which reduce any stress associated with travelling for appointments in a non-familiar environment in a different country. They also work around my schedule to ensure I get the treatment I need when it suits me best, considering my limited time in Cancun. But most importantly, the quality of their work is amazing. I've always been impressed by the precision and expertise demonstrated during every procedure. Dr. Millers’ dental implant work was not only approved but highly praised by doctors in Canada. In fact, one of the dentists in the Edmonton clinic, who also happens to be a professor, used dental implant work done by Dr. Miller as a shining example for his students. I called CDS in May 2020, my contact was Greg (who is incredible, professional, caring, funny and cute) who became my “Cancun Keeper”, as he shepherded me through the process from meeting me at the Clinic on the day my husband and I arrived at the Clinic and checked in several times each day to see if help and/or information was needed, and provided. I explained to Greg that I had pain in my jaw from TMJ and a broken front tooth. Greg suggested getting crowns on all my teeth which would alleviate the jaw pain as the new crowns would correct my bite. The price for the entire treatment (26 crowns and a night guard) was considerably less than half of what my US dentist quoted. I trusted Greg and signed up and was not asked for any payment until the treatment started. First there were x-rays of all sorts. Then came a consultation with Dr. Irma (who is knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and recommended proceeding) and Dr. Tony (who is so kind, caring, professional and is a perfectionist) did the procedure. The following day my old crowns were removed and my teeth prepared. The entire process (26 perfectly fitted crowns), from check in to completion, took 7 days. I probably should have stayed for 10-14 days to make the process a bit easier but with Cancun closed down for the virus, I’m just as glad that it was done quickly and well. Dr. Tony and his assistant, Francesca (who was so kind help to me, saw to my needs and even provided a blanket as the treatment room was quite chilly) worked tirelessly for hours each day to see that the process went correctly, quickly and precisely. In the end, I do recall saying to Dr. Tony, “I love you Dr. Tony”. Maggi was the financial professional and explained the costs and treatments in detail. At no time was there any “upselling” but she did ask if there was anything else that I wanted to have done. Carolina (at the front desk) always with greeted me in the morning and she also texted with my pickup times every day. Yes, They arrange transport to and from all your appointments and to and from the airport. The Clinic and the treatment rooms are state of the art and as clean as can be (and cleaned frequently). There are several dentists, specialists of every sort, a full-service lab so teeth can be created and changed quickly, and lots of support staff looking after the patients and checking in to see if the doctors needed any assistance. The website is comprehensive (I don’t think there is any dental/mouth-related issue they couldn’t correct) and all prices and available treatments are clearly explained on the Home Page with prices included...what a concept and not provided by most clinics. Don’t think of it as going to the dentist in Mexico, but instead having a lovely vacation in Cancun and getting excellent dental treatments as a very reasonable price. If there was a 10 star rating I would give it to Coral Dental Center!I have been going to Coral Dental Center for 10 years. I used to live in Mexico and now live in Florida and still go there for all my dental work. I have had fillings removed, Teeth pulled, Dental implants, Crowns, and cleaning and whitening. All done for a fraction of the costs in Florida.Dr. Marco and Dr. Maya are incredible dentists and surgeons. Their materials and equipment are state-of-the-art and put other dentists to shame. They speak perfect English and explain each step as they work on you. Their office personal especially Jennifer are responsive and quick to get you answers in minutes not days! They even check with you after your visit to see how you are doing. My daughter recently came to Mexico with me and got 5 fillings and an impacted wisdom tooth removed all in 4 visits in a little over a week. She said she loved that the dentist was so gentle and there was no pain.Coral Dental Center has a huge dental tourism clientele that speaks to the quality of their work. They were recommended to me by a Canadian couple.People often ask me why I go to Mexico for my dental work?#1 The Quality of the workmanship and care. #2 The ability to get the work done quickly. Without any pain or complications.#3 The fraction of the cost versus the Florida Dentist. I tell people I can write out a check for a Mexico vacation for my Florida Dentist and get the work done by him...... Or I can go on a Mexican vacation myself and get the work done in Mexico and still have $ left over. While eating popcorn, I somehow lost part of a filling. Dental Spa is a very modern clinic with all the apparent equipment that my dentist back home has. He was very gentle while numbing, and he even put green glasses on me to diffuse the bright light. I would definitely recommend. I would highly recommend Dr Michelle. I was a person who was terrified of going to dentists. My heart would start racing the moment I walked into a dental office. Due to health reasons, I had to find a good Holistic Dentist. In looking for a biologic dentist, I found her as well as others. Her reviews were the reason I called. From the moment I contacted her she called more than once and answered all my questions without making me feel bad or rushed. Her voice is very soothing and made me feel comfortable enough to go and see her. From the moment I met her, she made me feel at home. Very gentle touch, never rushed. Always asked first and gave me options when needed. Always made sure you understood what she was doing. Very clean, modern equipment. They even had headphones and a TV above you to watch if you wanted. Very relaxing. Her assistant was kind and gentle also.
