"The service was really great"
Nurliyana, Singapore - 27.10.2014
The service was really great and I couldn't describe how great it was. The price was what I expected. Felt so comfortable even though it was just my first visit, it seemed like a family clinic.

"I thought the clinic was really clean and organised when I arrived"
Anonymous, Singapore - 09.04.2018
I made an appointment with Greenlife for a wisdom tooth extraction after I found them on the WhatClinic site. I’ve completed my follow-up visits now and am very pleased with the results. I thought the clinic was really clean and organised when I arrived. They gave me a fair price for the appointment. It was worthwhile visiting them.

"A bit more expensive than what I was told"
Aditya, Singapore - 06.08.2014
A bit more expensive than what I was told. Mainly due to x-ray policy for first time visitors that I wasn't told about in advance.

"They attended to me promptly and the appointment went ahead as expected"
Kunal, Australia - 17.05.2018
I wanted a dentist that was near the office and White Cloud Dental had a great location. I went to them for a normal cleaning and then had some fillings put in as well. I actually have no idea what the cost for these procedures were, as I was lucky enough to have my company foot the bill. They attended to me promptly and the appointment went ahead as expected. This once-off treatment was quite professional.

"The clinic is clean and well-equipped"
Pierre, South Africa - 25.08.2018
I had my teeth cleaned at Maritime Dental because it’s near my place. Their prices were reasonable. The people who welcomed me were fine, but the dentist was great. The clinic is clean and well-equipped.

"Super friendly and nice"
Tom, Singapore - 01.07.2013
I did like the clinic and the doctor. The assistant is super friendly and nice. However, I felt that the prices are a bit on the high side and that the way it was charged is very confusing.I paid the following for 2 root canal treatments (doesn't include crown): - Root canal Treatment: SGD 1'100 per tooth. - Post/Core or Pin Core: SGD 200 per tooth. - Orthodontic Treatment: SGD 100 per tooth. - Re-clean canals after 2 yrs: SGD 100 per tooth. -That makes a total of SGD 3'000 for two tooth. The total treatment did probably not exceed 4 hours. With regards to the payment, after the first initial session I was asked to pay SGD 800 per tooth and I thought that was it e.g. the whole cost of the treatment. However, on subsequent visits I was asked to pay again between SGD 200-400. Even I thought it was expensive, I continued to pay. The real shock came after the last treatment of a few minutes when I was asked to pay the balance of SGD 1'000 (for both tooth). If I knew from the beginning the total cost for the treatment I would have gone somewhere else. Since it was a referral and an HDB based dentist I didn't think it was that expensive. Unless you have too much money, I suggest you check with other dentists.

"The doctor was very kind"
Neville, Singapore - 22.11.2014
I was quoted 85 dollars for a general check up, but was billed 160, plus another 160 for an x-ray. I thought it was too pricey. The doctor was very kind and offered to offset the 75 dollar difference with my next visit, but 75 is nothing when compared to their charges, so it's an empty gesture and I won't be going back.

"Very disappointed"
Cheryl, Singapore - 24.10.2015
It was our first visit to the clinic today. Our appointment was at 3.30pm. Dr Chang only saw us at about 4pm. She apologized only after I mentioned the fact but no explanation was given. The main purpose of our visit was cleaning of the teeth, every 6 months. My daughter is happy with the cleaning procedure though. I do not think that the charges are justifiable. In the first place, we were not told that there would be a first time consultation charge of $70. In my view, the brief oral check, which has always been part of scaling and polishing for our visits to other dentists, did not warrant a separate charge. The scaling and polishing charge is another $100, giving a total bill of $182 plus gst. I am very disappointed as we were hoping to use T32 as our family clinic going forward.
