Excellent service provided for minor surgery. Will definitely recommend to friends & family. Visited the surgery last week & was booked in this week for treatment. No long delays. I was seen both times within 15 minutes. My experience was very positive & Dr. Sam was more than helpful. Rita's walk in clinic is great, it means immediate access. And although you may wait a little while, when Rita's free to see you, there's no rush. You get 100% undivided attention. Rita is terribly open and emphatic and no ailment is too small or trivial. She always great time to explain what is wrong and takes to time to get a holistic view of what is happening in your life. She now is fully computerised - which makes things even better.

The receptionist was not friendly at all!! I waited for an hour, although I had an appointment. The doctor saw my baby for less than 5 minutes! And she didn't take her weight and height, although I asked her to do so. She told me when I come next she will do it! But of course after this bad treatment I didn't go back. The price is very high. and the place has steps, so it was very difficult for me to carry the buggy.
