Dr. Jessy Saini is professional, thorough, very friendly, very pleasant personality and very thoughtful. She is supported by a very cooperative and helpful staff. Dr. Jessy is very relaxed, not is a rush, open to all our questions, and is a very good health care provider. She answered all our questions no matter how many times we asked the same ones. Dr. Jessy is very caring and takes the time to listen to patient concerns and explains answers. My mother was treated very well and Dr. Jessy made sure we were fully informed and showed deep concern to get my mother well.Throughout the process, Dr. Jessy and his team provided thoughtful and compassionate care. Dr. Jessy is number one in my book. Jessy - Thank you for your great service!!! I'd recommend her to anybody.

I had a vaccination against shingles. I found the clinic very efficient and was provided with a lot of useful information before the injection was administered. I have had no allergic reactions after this treatment. The price I paid appeared to be rather standard for touch therapy. I would happily use these facilities again and indeed have already recommended this service to another two friends of mine.

Removal of intradermal naevus.This was causing me some discomfort, especially at night. Daleswood Health was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Went for an assessment with Dr Oliver Denton and to his credit he said it was a simple process and to avoid any additional costs to myself he removed it there and then under local anaesthetic. What a fantastic service and incredibly reasonable. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this practice.

From first contact by e-mail and a follow up phone call with Rachel at Sameday Doctor, I received professional guidance throughout. The suite of offices are modern and clean and I was immediately put at ease with Rachel's friendly attitude. I had a thorough health check up following my concerns regarding breathlessness. Dr Fletcher asked relevant questions and explained why he was requesting a full set of blood tests, including one for potential heart failure. A chest x-ray was also organised. The doctor advised me all the way on what was being looked at and when/how I would receive my results. I found the experience less worrying than anticipated. Financially, it was worth it to put my mind at rest during, what has been, a stressful few months for me.

I cannot recommend YPCHealth enough. Rapid contact to arrange an appointment for the following day. Lots of car parking on arrival. Seen in a timely manner. Everything was explained and the procedure was completed with results. Very well priced as well.
