I choose Sligo Physio space as it was in my location.I had a pain in my back that continued down my leg. With thorough examination the sessions helped my therapist analyse me before giving me brilliant advice going forward. The therapy sessions and the work done on my back and legs were excellent and I felt comfortable. The exercises offered were easy to follow with good instruction. I made good progress in such a short space of time and I recommend Sligo Physio Space.

Wayne Sun has been treating me for a considerable period of time and despite moving away from the city I remain a client of his in West Perth. Time is a valuable resource yet Wayne understands my needs and what is required to keep my worn and broken body moving, appointments are not rushed and he is perceptive as to what needs to be done to keep me able to walk. In the last 40 years, I believe he has produced the best results among the various physiotherapists I have attended hence my loyalty.

I saw Elle today and was very impressed. On my first visit she was very informative and gave me some treatment. I am seeing her again on Monday and hope to have some more treatment. I feel it was good value and would recommend her to my friends. I chose this clinic because it was easy to get to for me.

Very knowledgeable Caoimhe Murray worked with me to identify issues and prescribe the best physical therapy treatment for mine needs and abilities. Great explanation of treatment and help with pinpointing problem areas as well as exercises to overcome issues. I highly recommend.

Both of us were treated by the physiotherapists. I had a fall and as a result I suffered from a bad back. My husband had treatment for his knee. I would recommend the treatment I received. I was recommended by friends who had experienced treatment at this clinic. I was in a lot of pain on my first visit and I was treated professionally with compassion.

I had treatment on a nerve in my shoulder where I had pain for 5 months during the lockdown. The practitioner was a very pleasant lady who found the cause of the problem quickly and gave efficacious manipulation treatment. I chose this clinic as they were probably the first to open after lockdown. My first impressions were of the building which is part of that used by a local surgery with good parking. Modern as opposed to some premises which are Victorian and look as though they have never changed.

I've had problems with my shoulder for months and Sally was very understanding about all of it and after a consultation and examination of my shoulder which we both suspect is early stage frozen and also my upper back was painful. Sally thought it could be a combination of both as all the muscles around my thoracic spine were very tight.After two lots of physio treatment on my back,it has helped the pain in my shoulder, I have more movement now and will continue to practice the recommended exercises by Sally to enable me to have more shoulder movement. Sally is friendly and understanding and also very approachable, flexible and gave good sound advice. I would recommend Sally and feel it was good value. I chose this clinic because it was local and convenient. My visit was positive with a nice friendly lady who puts you at ease and who was very understanding and knowledgeable, giving good advice.

"You must visit the clinic to get the clear root cause"

Having suffered with L4-L5-S1 Slipped (Prolapsed) Disc for several weeks, I had almost given up. All the other 'experts' had failed to find out the problem, Dr Bangar, Dr. Nivedita and Dr. Varsha (Painex Team) found the problem straight away and not only that they managed to fix it in several sessions. I now go for check up once a month, I have no pain, I take no painkillers and am a much happier man. This chiropractor is amazing. Diagnosis and Treatment:-1) L4-L5-S1 Slipped (Prolapsed) Disc :- Epidural steroid injection 2) Selective nerve root block:- Transforaminal epidural steroid injection 3) Pain in Sciatic nerve :- Caudal Epidural adhesiolysis +Right SIJ injection +Right GT Injection. Suggestion:- Suggested Physiotherapy IFT and exercise. I must mention Dr. Varsha took own initiative and suggested the physiotherapy center (PhyioActive) for further rehabilitation.Recommendation:- If you are looking for Non-Surgical Treatment , you must visit the clinic to get the clear root cause.

I had acupuncture with Stephanie. Stephanie was so understanding and knowledgeable. This was the first time I had acupuncture and didn't know if it would work. I woke up the next morning feeling so much better. I am looking forward to my next visit.
