Neck Treatment I had been in pain for 4 days and did not know what the problem was except that I believe I injured my neck lifting back weights. The people at reception were very friendly and helpful. Emma, the physio I was referred to, used some techniques to help me and gave me a detailed analysis about my posture, my flat upper spine, and informed me that I scored about 7 out of 9 for hypermobility, the implications, what to look out for and how to manage it. I came away well-informed and armed with information from the physio, Emma, about what type of injury it was, what I could and couldn't do for exercise, and range of movement. I wish I could afford another session, however it's very expensive unless you have private insurance.

Full investigation, never even knew my neck would impact on tennis elbow. Through and gentle massage/ physio, treated like a person. (Not like NHS services). Pricing and treatment plan thoroughly explained. No real waiting area at easy gym, stared at by gym goers . Sat there, waiting. And the smell of the gym. Unpleasant. Otherwise excellent from first email enquiry to treatment plan. Feels good to be looking after number one for a change.

I had my second acupuncture appointment with Andy today ( the first one was 2 years ago ) This was just as good as the first session but I do find it difficult getting onto the couch at my age (76). So I doubt if I’ll have any more in future!I would highly recommend Andy to others though. He’s a perfect gentleman and easy to talk to.
