I suffer from Depression and a lack of confidence. I have attended 12 sessions with true horizon so far. The clinic is a very relaxing environment. Lisa has really made me feel like I am really being listened to in a non judgemental way. I can't recommend Lisa highly enough. I tried a number of counselors in the past but never felt I was making progress. With Lisa I was able to open up and explore my issues, thanks to her I am starting to feel like I am getting my life back on track!

"I am very grateful to Ian for his help"

self help The counselling sessions with Ian have really turned my life around. I had previously had counselling but did not feel that I benefited from it as I did not feel comfortable with the sessions. I felt I did not learn anything which would help me with problem areas in my life. The difference with Ian is that he really made me feel at ease and not only listened but taught me useful techniques to apply to every day situations. Furthermore he taught me to be a calmer person by teaching me to meditate on a daily basis. Six months ago, I was very depressed but I can honestly say that this is no longer the case. I am very grateful to Ian for his help! Thank You.

I am seeing Mary weekly and have had 4 session so far. I was a bit anxious as I have not had counselling before. It was a pleasant surprise, she is very down to earth and understanding. I should have done this years ago. It is really making a difference in my life. I would highly recommend this counselor and her service.

I attended Healing Minds for a number of months last year. I was going through a very dark time and felt isolated and alone. I was met in a very warm and welcoming way with no judgement. I found it very safe to share and explore due to Brendan's gentle and empathic approach. I would highly recommend his practice as it helped me through the darker stages of my life.I highly recommend Brendan and his way of working with vulnerable people. Fantastic, warm and friendly attitude and made me feel very relaxed. Easy to talk to and an impressive way of approaching complex issues.

I have had a series of reiki sessions at Aria, to help me manage ME symptoms. Emer had been recommended to me by a friend. I have found her very kind, professional, competent and knowledgeable. The clinic is in a great location, spacious and bright.

I went to see Jennifer over five years ago now, and she really helped me change my life. I saw her for 1-2 years. Even now years later, I still remember the advice she gave me. That’s the mark of a great therapist, their help lives on long after the sessions end. She helped me grow as a young women, helped me manage the final years of my PhD, and helped me think for myself amidst all my childhood trauma recovery. She was a great person as well, and every session felt so welcoming and bright. I still remember how light I felt leaving the session. I can’t thank her enough, if you are looking for a therapist in Dublin, please go to Jennifer. I moved to England since, and tried a few therapists, none could ever reach her standard!!

councelling I don't know yet. So far I only had two sessions and have used those to tell my therapist about my past. Price is very fair and is discussed at the start to suit your financial abilities.

Diamante my therapist was very pleasant, but at the same time asked me difficult questions.She probed deep into my past, and got me to express feelings that I hadn’t done with anyone before.Overall every session with her was good for me The only drawback for me is that I live over 100 miles from the clinic and I can only get an appointment on Saturday. A midweek appointment would be much easier for me.
