I saw Laila the hygienist and highly recommend her service. Not only did Laila do a wonderful job of cleaning, but she also provided expert oral care advice for the maintenance and protection of my teeth. Laila was so helpful and professional and has such a wonderfully warm manner that I felt relaxed, comfortable and confident with a process I have normally felt nervous about in the past. I recently transferred to this practice and I’m very pleased I did. My dentist Vinny carefully outlined all of my options and answered all of my questions so that I felt confident about opting for an implant. I had treatment at the Cardiff and Llanthewy Rd clinics and the reception and dental staff in both are friendly and courteous. I thoroughly recommend this practice!

This Dentist is so amazing, really professional and so supportive. I have dental anxiety they are brilliant. Yesterday I was with Hannah for my hygienist app, she was so knowledgeable, very professional and patient all at the same time … great service. This dental practice and my experience have helped me become fully invested in my teeth again.

"Reassuring and positive"

Having had bad experiences in the past with dentists, I decided to attend this clinic based on the reviews I had read. Still feeling negative about dentists, I attended my initial consultation. The dentist was very reassuring and positive which was a good sign for me as every other dentist I had seen would make me feel like I had the worst teeth in the history of teeth!!The treatment went well and the Dentist kept me informed of the treatment every step of the way. Another good point also is they did not make me feel like a pest when I would phone them if I had a problem, a question or needed reassurance. The staff are great and made me feel very welcome and I felt like an individual, not just an entry in the appointment diary. I have finally found a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable with!

I have been having treatment at yorkshire dental suite for upper and lower dental implants I cannot recommend them enough. The team are amazing, so friendly. They make you feel relaxed and go through all of the procedure in detail so you know what to expect, and you know you are in safe hands. I have never to any dentist in my life that cares about their patients until I went to yds. An amazing compassionate, professional team that changes lives. They have certainly changed mine in a way I thought would never happen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to you all.

Very happy with the service I have received over the years, including a recent extraction. I have found the Dentist to be highly personalised and professional and all the staff are always polite, friendly and caring. The reasons for suggested treatment are always explained and certainly work is only carried out when necessary. I think that the prices depend on the quality of the materials used and think that there are many factors involved in pricing. My plan at least reduces costs for me.

I had my first appointment with Dr Sheraz last week. At the age of 76 I've never liked the dentist and always nervous. He came out from his surgery to greet me in the waiting room and introduced himself. He put me at ease and his Nurse was lovely too. He was very gentle explaining everything to me. I had been booked in for a crown but after taking x-rays he advised me that the filling was stable and I didn't need it after all. Such a relief. I would happily recommend him to any nervous patient like myself. The receptionist was very nice and helpful when booking the follow-up appointments.
