Very prompt in their response to my on-line enquiry. Very quick and patient treatment carried out much sooner than I anticipated - in fact, the same day as I went for my initial examination (which was great!) Vijay and the whole team are very friendly and expert in their own particular fields, yes, even the Receptionist. Only wish I'd found this practice sooner. Michelle who was our first point of contact is the most adorable, kind caring lady who has gone the extra mile in helping us. I am an events manager and I'm hard to impress when it comes to customer service and Michelle has exceeded all expectations. Dr Joanne Salters was so so helpful and again we felt so comfortable with her excellent care and not to forget Mr Tait who has a wonderful manner and has started excellent treatment on my son. Were you pleased with the treatment? An amazing practice, great staff, quality treatment and good clean atmosphere. All options were explained before I started planned treatment. Trips to the practice were made easier with reminder calls and free parking on site, which I have not had elsewhere. The team of staff are friendly and caring, from the girl on the desk through to the dentist herself. Would you recommend the clinic? I would indeed to everyone. They give free consultations if you just want to discuss what can and cant be done, and competitive prices. My treatment cost less than I was told it would at my old practice and the quality was fantastic. Would you return for further treatment? I first visited the Behrens Dental Practice in March of last year. From the moment I stepped in, I realised this is something different. The surgery is nicely furnished and immaculately clean. The smiling receptionist Vijee who directed me to sit and wait. Few minutes later I was escorted to the first floor to meet Dr Behrens. The doctor examined my complex case and explained to me what he plans to do to deal with my gum issues which have impacted my implants. He explained the novel techniques he employs with laser treatment. I have tried other methods but it did not work. I told myself to give this a try.Few weeks later, I was advised the results of the samples he took were available and we discussed the course of treatment which would take some 12 weeks. Every week, I come to the practice to get a laser session many of my sessions lasted three hours or so. Most of my sessions were the smiling amazing lady called Sonyia. She spent hours on the laser and I used to watch movies whilst she was treating my gum. Sonya was just amazing bubbly enthusiastic lady who was always happy and smiling and make things so comfortable to her patients.Once my treatment was completed I now visit the surgery every three months. Very pleased with my dentures. I told Ash exactly what I wanted and even though he didn’t agree with me because they weren’t technically right he made me exactly what I wanted. I know I was a pain the bum but I knew what I wanted and I love how my dentures look.
